We start from how the work really gets done.
Most companies we meet still run on email, spreadsheets and copy and paste. The hours go into jobs people do by hand, like entering orders and chasing invoices.
So we begin inside the company. Our engineers map how the work gets done, then we install the Coreform OS and put agents on those jobs, one process at a time.
And we stay. On a monthly plan we keep the OS and the agents running, fix what changes and ship the next agent where it saves the most time.
