The Company Brain and the Coreform OS
The OS is the whole system we install. The Company Brain is its knowledge side, the agents are its work side. How the two fit together.
We use two names a lot, and I often get asked which one is which. So here is the short version.
The Coreform OS is the whole system. It is our product, we install it inside your company and everything runs on it. It has two sides: the Company Brain, which knows what your company knows, and the agents, which do the work.
The Company Brain, the knowledge side
The Company Brain plugs into the tools you already use: email, Slack, Google Workspace, files, accounts and your CRM. Anyone in the company can ask it anything and get an answer with its source, within their own permissions.
Think about the last time you needed one number and had to open five tools to find it. Or asked a colleague, who asked another colleague, who was on holiday. The Brain is there so that stops.
Two details matter a lot here. Every answer shows where it came from, so you can check it. And each person sees only what they are allowed to see, so asking the Brain never gets you around a permission you did not have.
The agents, the work side
An agent runs a whole process end to end, like chasing invoices, entering orders or checking documents, and hands over to a person whenever a decision needs a human.
Agents need the Brain. An agent entering orders has to know your customers, your price list and how your team usually handles the odd one. That knowledge sits across your tools, and the Brain is what connects them. Hence why we install the Brain first and put agents on top, one process at a time.
Why it is one system
You could buy a search tool and an automation tool separately, and plenty of companies have. What tends to happen is that neither knows about the other, and someone on the team ends up being the glue between them.
With one system, each agent reuses what the last one needed. Agents we have built before are adapted for your company, and each one makes the next one faster to build.
The OS also holds the map of how your company actually works, kept up to date as we learn. Over time it helps show where the next agent should go.
Who runs it
We do. The Coreform OS is not a do-it-yourself platform. Our engineers and our agents use it with your team, and on a monthly plan we keep it running, fix what changes and ship the next agent where it saves the most time.
For a creative agency in London, that meant one Company Brain for the whole agency. For a warehousing company in the UK, it means orders and stock run by agents. Same OS underneath, with a different first step, because the first step goes where the hours are.
