People and agents in the same channel

Our agents work in the tools your team already uses. Everyone sees what they did and why.

A lot of AI software asks your team to go somewhere new. A new app, a new dashboard, a new login. Then the hard part becomes getting people to open it.

We do it the other way round. Our agents join the tools you already use.

One team

Coreform is a team of people and agents. Our engineers come on site, our agents read the company’s systems. When we start working with a company, both show up where your team already talks: the inbox, the Slack channel, the thread where the work gets discussed.

In a typical channel you will see one of our engineers, a mapping agent tracing how the work moves, the Company Brain answering questions, and later the agents that run your processes. And your own people, of course, who are the reason the channel exists.

Having our engineers in there matters more than it sounds. When something needs changing, the person who noticed says so in the same thread, and the engineer who built the agent reads it there. No ticket to raise and no separate portal to log into.

Everyone sees what the agent did, and why

When an agent does something, it says so in the channel. An order entered, a document checked, a reminder sent. When it needs a person, it asks in the same place and brings the context with it: here is the order, here is the price that does not match the list, can you check?

The person answers where they already are. Hold, approve, or a quick note on what to do next time. Nobody has to go looking for it.

It works the other way round too. If someone wonders why an order went out the way it did, they can scroll up and see it, or ask the Company Brain, which answers with its source and only shows what their own permissions allow.

We join the tools you already use. Everyone sees what the agents did and why.

Why we work this way

First, trust. People trust what they can see. If an agent works in a back room and results appear out of nowhere, the first mistake undoes everything. If anyone can scroll up and see what it did and why, a mistake is something you fix together.

Second, nobody has to learn a new tool. The agent comes to the conversation. For a team that already spends its day in email and chat, that is the difference between an agent that gets used and one that gets ignored.

What stays with people

Agents take the reading, checking, chasing and entering. People decide, and they know the customer. Putting both in the same channel makes that split visible every day, so nobody has to wonder who is doing what. We draw that split on purpose, process by process, with the Hand-over Line.

It changes how a team talks about the work too. Instead of asking around whether something got done, people ask the agent, or the Company Brain, and get an answer with its source.

If you want to see what that looks like with your team, book a call with one of our founders.
